The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) will be hosting the 2024 Annual Summit in Madison. Industry Partners will have the opportunity to network with professionals from all over the state during the Industry Partner Showcase.

Whether your organization is a destination, venue, product, or service doing business with associations, this is an event you will not want to miss!

The Showcase will be held during lunch at the Annual Summit featuring stations throughout the space, allowing attendees to move throughout the showcase. Attendees will also be encouraged to play an interactive game to engage with Industry Partners.

Industry Partner Showcase Important Information:

• Location: The Edgewater (1001 Wisconsin Pl, Madison, WI 53703)
• Date: Tuesday, November 19, 2024
• Showcase Set-up: 10:00am - 11:00am (Please be aware of this short window for set-up. Space must be set by 11:00am)
• Industry Partner Showcase & Lunch: 11:10am - 1:00pm
• Showcase Tear-down: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Tear-down begins immediately following the showcase & lunch)

Registration Includes:

• One 6-foot table
• One full event registration (includes education sessions)
• (Full Summit registration and educational sessions not included)
• Additional table representatives may attend for $150 each.
• (Full Summit registration and educational sessions not included)
• Recognition on the WSAE website, printed signage, and on the meeting app
• Participation in the Industry Partner Showcase game and opportunity to offer a door prize

Please be mindful that the format of this event is designed for networking and relationship development. Displays are allowed but storage space for these items in your designated Showcase Space is limited.

Registrations are available on a first come, first served basis by November 12th. Last minute inquiries are not guaranteed space at the showcase.

Please note that registration for the full Annual Summit is not included in the Industry Partner Showcase registration. Additional representatives who wish to attend the full Annual Summit, will need to register as an attendee separately.

Sponsorship Opportunities
